Forest Beach which is divided by Coligny Circle into North Forest Beach and South Forest Beach is a laid-back beach community stretching along the front beach of Hilton Head Island bordered by Sea Pines and Shipyard plantations.
If your ideal Hilton Head vacation plans include a taking the kids to the beach, a good book, relaxing in the sun, or cooling off in your private pool, Forest Beach is a fantastic choice for your Hilton Head vacation rental property. In Sea Pines which is undeniably the best known Plantation on Hilton Head Island, you will find 15 miles of paved bike and walking paths, and a 605 acre forest preserve consisting of tranquil lagoons, salt marshes, winding tidal creeks, and wildflower meadows, and three small lakes which offer great fishing on your Hilton Head vacation. Singleton Beach is one of the newest oceanfront communities on Hilton Head Island. It's mid-island location features a wide open beachfront to the Atlantic Ocean. Adjacent to a large tidal salt marsh, Singleton beach is a great location for fishing, or crabbing in the marsh estuaries as the tide changes. It's also home to Hilton Head Beach Bocce League, which gathers each weekend afternoon.
