Welcome to 1H Beachwood, a wonderfully updated direct oceanfront single story corner unit located in South Forest Beach.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is located in a quaint gated complex situated on the pristine beach.
The living area has plenty of seating which is new, a large flat screen and a sliding door leading to the private patio overlooking the oceanfront pool and beach. The kitchen is well equipped, maple cabinets, corian countertops and dining area for five guests and is open to the living area.
There is a master bedroom with queen bedding, a private bath and flat screen tv. The guest bedroom is decorated in a nautical theme, there are two twin beds, a flat screen tv and a bath located in the hallway.
The complex is located within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, know as the downtown area of the island and offers dining, shopping, entertainment, the local Hilton Head coffee shop and two ice cream shops, there is something for everyone. The Beachwood Complex is located across the street from the bike path, there is tennis and a fitness center within walking distance from the beach unit. If you are looking for an oceanfront unit that has been updated and is budget friendly you have found the perfect beach front unit!

We have stayed in this same unit 9 out of the last 11 years. It is clean, roomy, and the best value on Hilton Head. The location couldn't be any better! It is impossible to find an ocean front room for a better deal. Our 3 children love it and we love that they can safely walk from the beach to the pool or the unit and then back again without having to go through a parking lot or cross a street. The staff that we rented from could not have been nicer or more accomodating. We will come back here year after year as long as we can!

This was our first time booking through Palmetto Sands so we were a little concerned on how it would be but they far exceeded our expectations. I would definately book through them again.

We've been staying at Beachwood Place for years and love the location. A remodel of the place a few years back really improved the condos. 1H is very nice - hardwood floors, nice furniture, and a great view overlooking the pool. Planning on renting it again next year!

Our experience with Palmetto Sands was pleasant and professional. This company provided honest descriptions and information, helping find accommodations suitable to our needs. Thank you to the girls in the office!! Our experience with our villa, 1 H Beachwood was superb. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean and pool area, and easy access for my mom's scooter chair. The villa was clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds and furniture. Beautiful landscaping! The surroundings were private and we loved listening to the island sounds, from the night time music coming from up the beach to the beautiful birds singing and the ocean tides. This made the whole package incredible. We are counting the days until we head back down south for another taste of Hilton Head Island. My parents kept saying we could not have chosen a better spot. Thanks for the use of your property!
