Welcome to 10 Knotts Way a beautifully appointed 3 story home in a gated community in North Forest Beach!
The gorgeous home is a newer home and has a large living area with 24 foot ceilings and many windows allowing the beautiful Hilton Head sunshine in. The living area has plenty of seating, a large tv and is the perfect place for the family and friends to gather. The dining area and kitchen are open to the living area and accomdates 16 for dining which is fantastic for the family, friends and entertaining.
There are four master suites in the home three have king beds, all have a sitting area, private bathrooms, tvs and access to a balcony. There are two additional bedrooms which both have two double beds in each bedroom, a private bath and a tv. The fourth master suite is located on the third floor of the home and offers queen bedding, a tv and a private bath. There is an elevator in the home with access from the garage to the third floor in the home and can be unlocked for guests if needed.
The home is located fourth row and is only 125 steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza where you will find shopping, dining, the grocery, coffee shop, ice cream stores and entertainment . If you prefer to jump on the bike and pedal the bike paths which are over 55 miles on the island, the bike path is located directly across the street.
There is a large private sunny pool and hot tub, both can be heated for an additional cost. There is a dining area located poolside, a gas grill and plenty of lounge chairs, the pool area is completely fenced and there is a green space for the kids to play in or the perfect place for the family dog.
The yard is fenced which is perfect for the kids and the family dog. Parking is in the garage, there is parking for four large vehicles.

This is our 2nd year staying at 10 Knotts Way. We have the most incredible time as it is convenient to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Whether swimming or Biking we are never bored. The kitchen is great to cook in and the space of the house itself is large enough that if you wanted some alone time, that can be done too! Great place cannot be said enough!!!

Our men's senior tennis team from Louisiana stayed here while competing in the Southern Sectional Championships. We had 4 couples and 3 singles and the house was perfect for us. Our matches were spread out at a variety of facilities across the island and we were centrally located to everything. Walked out the door and across the street to the finals at Van De Meer Tennis. Palmetto Sands, LLC staff was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. The only negative comment I would have is that the tub in my room was not clean. After a couple of hard matches the first day I wanted to use the jacuzzi in the master suite on the second floor, but it was dirty and had Hair in it. Obviously never cleaned!
