The home is a wonderful elevated 2 story offering four large bedrooms and four private baths.
The living area is open to the dining area and kitchen, there are high ceilings and beautiful views of the outdoors with peeks of the ocean. There is plenty of comfortable seating, a wonderful fireplace and a large tv. The living area opens onto the screen porch where you will spend time relaxing and enjoying the wonderful views. The kitchen has been totally renovated, there are stainless steel appliance, granite countertops and the kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary dishes and utensils. Also there are full size laundry appliances located off the kitchen area.
There are two bedrooms located on the first floor of the beach home and the two additional bedrooms are located upstairs, all the bedrooms have tvs and private baths.
There is an inviting screen porch located off the living area with seating and gorgeous views of the ocean, the perfect place to relax in the evening. There is also a small sun deck off the screen porch that has a charcoal grill, you will enjoy the ocean breeze while dining. The beach path is just off the deck, the large community pool is located close by and so is tennis where you can enjoy an hour of play per day complimentary. The bike trails are located at the front of the complex where you can jump on and pedal your way around the beautiful Sea Pines Plantation. South Beach Marina is located across the street where you will find, shopping, dining, entertainment, water sports, boat charters, fishing excursions and so much more.

Service was and has always been excellent. The home is perfect for enjoying family and friends. Location is simply lovely and the beach serene. Best - size of home & access to beach; Least - takes 10 minutes to exit Sea Pines poor, poor me ;-)

House was on quiet lane, but very close to beach, tennis courts, pool and South Beach marina/Salty Dog and general store. Bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen very workable, and loved the screened porch. I cannot imagine a more ideal location and accommodation.
