There are two bedrooms both located on the second floor of the unit, the bedding consist of a king bed and two twin beds and both bedrooms have flat screen tvs, new furnishings, new linens and share an updated hall bath.
The unit is located close to the large community pool which also has a kiddie pool and a covered area for guest that need a break from the Hilton Head sunshine and prefer to relax in the shade. The beach is only a three minute walk away, the bike paths which cover over 55 miles is located in front of the complex. Coligny Plaza is only a short walk or bike ride away, where you will find shopping, dining, and entertainment for families and friends.
There is a patio off the living area with seating and a gas grill for your cookouts, come and enjoy this wonderful unit and the beautiful stretch of pristine beaches on Hilton Head Island.

This unit was very clean and was updated with granite counter tops plus 3 flat screen Tv's. Wireless internet worked flawlessly. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. This was a great unit and we will definitely return and rent this one again. Only two minor items disappointed us: the outdoor barbeque grill didn't have propane in the cylinder so we couldn't cook on it and although the unit was pet friendly, our dog was not permitted to be with us on our patio even though except for us there couldn't have been any more than 10 other people in the whole complex during our stay. My wife and I stayed there for a week with our springer spaniel and it was absolutely fantastic! We want to return again soon.
