The unit is decorated in a warm beach theme, the first floor is an open floor plan. The kitchen is bright, well equipped and has granite countertops overlooking the dining area for 6. The living area is very comfortable, there is a large flat screen, a sleeper sofa and doors leading out to a private deck with views of the lush landscape and golf course. The bedrooms are upstairs, there is a master bedroom with king bedding, tv and private bath. The guest bedroom is at the front of the unit there are plenty of windows, 2 twin beds, a tv and a full bath with access in the hall. There is a full size laundry area upstairs and there is also a 1/2 bath located on the first floor of the unit making this very convenient.
The newly refurbished community pool is located close to the unit and is quite large, tennis is only a 2 minute walk away and the beach is a short walk or bike ride and during the summer months there is shuttle service to the Beach Club. There is a beach locker for guests to use during their stay and the locker is supplied with beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

Pleasant, well decorated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath villa in the heart of Shipyard Plantation. Close to tennis and the beach, especially if you like to bike. The unit had everything we needed, including a locker at the beach with chairs, toys, etc. Good central location short drive to anywhere on HHI.
