Welcome to 16 Ibis Lane situated on the corner of Dune Lane which runs parallel to the beach in North Forest Beach!
This 2 story beach home is located only steps from the beach, there are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. On the first floor of the home is where 3 bedrooms are located, there is a master bedroom bedroom with queen bedding, a tv and private bath. The other 2 bedrooms on this floor shares a bath located in the hall and the bedding is 2 twins and a king bed, both bedroom have tvs and you can access the screen porch for a bedroom. Upstairs is where the living area is located along with the dining area, kitchen, a half bath and a large master suite with a jacuzzi tub. The living area is comfortable, plenty of seating and there is a large screen porch with a dining area and peeks of the ocean located off the living area. The dining area is open to the living area and kitchen which is well equipped and updated with cabinets and corain countertops.
Outside the home is a private pool, there is a third dining area and a grill located pool side, both of the screen porches are accessible from the yard. The front yard is completely fenced which make the yard perfect for the kids or for the furry family member.
Coligny Plaza also know as the Hilton Head Islands downtown area is located only 9 blocks from the home offering, shopping, dining, the grocery, the local coffee shop, two ice cream stores and entertainment, there is something for everyone in the party. The home is also located only steps from the bike path which encomposes 55 miles of bike paths on the pristine island.
*There is a sleeper sofa located in the landing area of the first floor.

This was our 3rd March spent on HHI & 16 Ibis was by far the best place we've stayed. In a great location, just 1/2 mile from Coligny with excellent, close beach access. It was a great house for just the two of us and then great again the last week when six more people showed up for the week. The only downside, which is the case in any place on HHI in March is all the Live Oak leaves falling into the pool. The only negative for someone (not in our case) is the living area & kitchen are upstairs so anyone with issues of climbing rather steep stairs may have difficulty

This house fits our needs perfectly: it is convenient to the beach, exceptionally clean, fenced and nicely furnished. The rental company responds immediately to any questions.

This is the second year we stayed at 16 Ibis. We like the fenced yard for the grandchildren & dogs. It's close to the beach & the screened porch is enjoyable to sit with morning coffee. The home is clean and very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home very much. As the weather was not the best that week, we spent alot of time on the lovely screened in porch off the living room. The view was peaceful and pretty and we had a nice breeze most days. I would definitly rent this house again.

Our family had a wonderful time while renting 16 Ibis. The location for us was great. Real close to the ocean, and a short bike ride to the circle with all the shops, food, and entertainment. The house was neat and clean and fit our family right. The pool was small, but worked out great after a day at the ocean.

16 Ibis was the perfect place for our family trip to Hilton Head. The location was close to everything we wanted to do, the house was perfect with lots of room to spend together and yet you could have some privacy. It was the best place we have ever stayed in Hilton Head.
