Welcome to 3 Sweet Gum Court located in the heart of Sea Pine Plantation!
This wonderfully update single floor home is beautiful and so inviting, the perfect home to come and enjoy a week or longer while on vacation. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat screen tv, a computer desk, and a fireplace. The living and dining areas are open, there are cathedral ceilings and a wet bar making the home perfect for entertaining while on the island. There is a large private deck located off the living area, this is a perfect place to relax and grill out. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are new stainless steel appliances.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 newly remodeled baths in the home, the master bedroom has a king bed, beautiful linens, newer furnishings, a flat screen tv and a private bath. The 2 guest bedrooms each have a full newly remodeled bath, one of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has 2 double beds. Both of the guest bedrooms have flat screen tvs, nice linens and newer furnishings. The laundry room is located in the hallway of the home and there are brand new appliances.
The home is located in the Greenwood Forest Subdivision, the neighborhood community pool is located near by along with a basketball court, tennis courts and a playground. Just before you reach the community pool area that is within a two minute walk from the home, there is a path that walkers and bikes alike can take to the Shoppes of Sea Pines and this path is also a shorcut that guests like on their way to Harbourtown. The beach, shopping, dining, local entertainers, water sports, horse back riding, golf, tennis, lagoons, wild life, nature preserves, South Beach Marina and Harbourtown are all located a short bike ride away from the home. Come and enjoy all that Sea Pines Plantation and 3 Sweet Gum Court have to offer making this the perfect vacation. During season there is a complimentary trolley that transports guests to the attractions within the Sea Pines Resort. The guests will also receive 1 complimentary car passes for the week, and a parking pass for the Beach Club if you prefer to drive than bike to the beach. Additional car passes are $15 per vehicle, per week purchased in advance.

This house was absolutely perfect and we would stay here again when we return to HH. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and love Sea Pines. The home was exactly as described on the website and we found it be very clean and comfortable. The furnishings we beautiful and very comfy. We had a wonderful stay at this home and I would definitely recommend it. We traveled with our 2 daughters and our small dog.It was especially nice to have 3 bathrooms in the house. If you are traveling with a dog, I would suggest packing a flashlight with you as the neighborhood is very dark at night and it is difficult to see your way around. Otherwise, the house had everything we needed.

I loved this house is was so nice. My only complaint, it was so hard to get to the beach. If one could cut through the golf course it wouldn't take no time to get to the beach. I have found this to be true with many of the rentals at Hilton Head. Hilton Head could use more bike paths leading to the beach.

We had a great week in Hilton Head. Easy check-in/out. Jennifer checked on us during the week to make sure that everything was great with the house. We'd definitely try to rent this house again on our next trip to HHI. Enjoyed having the bikes, and walking to the pool. Nice central location to beach, South Beach, and Habour Town.

This was only our second visit to HHI during the summer. We usually visit during the winter/early spring. The home was very nice. We liked the decor a lot, and it was very nicely decorated. It seemed like all of the furniture and appliances were relatively new. It was also very centrally located to Harbortown, South Beach, and the Sea Pines Beach Club. The service by Palmetto Sands was also positive. We arrived late and everything we needed was in the lock box. We also called because the garbage hadn't been picked up. They handled it promptly. What we liked least about the property (but we knew this when we rented it) was the fact there was no view (lagoon, ocean, golf course, etc.). What we liked best was that it was pet friendly, and the location in Sea Pines.

We stayed for 3 months, 2 years in a row. Loved the neighborhood, small playground nearby, convenient to Sea Pines Center. Attached garage a definite plus. Not on a golf course or with a scenic view, but a very comfortable home and all on one level.

nice house in a good location. You guys may want to note in your ads that there is a path very close to the house on Forest Drive that leads to the back of the Shopping Center as this was something I was uncertain of and which ened up being very convenient
