Welcome to 302 North Shore Place in North Forest Beach! This condo is located directly across the street from the beach and Coligny Plaza. The complex is beautiful and gated, the elevator will take you up to the third floor of the complex where the unit is located. The living, dining a kitchen are an open floor plan, seating for 6 at the dining table and additiona seating at the kitchen counter. The living area offers comfortable seating, there is a door that leads to the balcony with seating which is the perfect place to relax in the evening and listen to the music from Coligny Plaza. The bedrooms are a split floor plan, the master has king bedding and a private bath with a large soaking tub and seperate shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a tv and private bath. There is a laundry area in the unit, there is wireless internet service, a dvd player in the living area. The complex pool and hot tub is located on the fourth floor, there are plenty of lounge chairs and sunshine along with ocean breezes. The guest are also permitted to enjoy the north oceanfront pool located directly across the street at the Sea Crest Complex, come and park your car and enjoy all the amenities that North Shore Complex has to offer.

Very nice villa with walking distance to the beach. Not a huge complex. Nice pool and some trees for shade. We would go back again!

The condo was well furnished and supplied and the building itself is well maintained. The condo layout is convenient - well suited to two couples or guests with private bath in each bedroom. The location is super with Coligny Plaza across the street and the beach only a short walk away. Having the use of Seacrest facilities is a bonus. There are many stores, restaurants, walking/bike paths right at hand. It was a perfect fit for us. and of course, we enjoyed the sun, warm days, and picturesque island.
