Welcome to 304 North Shore Place a beautiful complex located in North Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island! This lovely unit is located ont he third for of the complex and is accessible by elevator for the parking garage. The unit is an open floor concept in the living area, the dining, kitchen and living room is open with tile floors. The living area is decorated in a beach theme and very inviting and comfortable. The living area offers plenty of seating, there is a sleeper sofa, a flat screen tv and a dvd player along with a french door leading to a balcony with seating. The dining area offers seating for 6 and there is additional seating at the corrain counter in the well equipped kitchen. There is king bedding in the master bedroom, a tv and a private bath with a large soaking tub and seperate shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a tv and a private bath making this perfect for the kids or another couple. The complex pool and hot tub are located on the roof top and offers peeks of the ocean, plenty of loung chairs and plenty of sunshine. The guest may also use the north oceanfront pool at the Sea Crest Complex located directly across the street. The North Shore complex is located directly across the street only a 2 minute walk from the beach and is also located across the street from the downtown area which is also know at Coligny Plaza. This is a complex where you can arrive and park your vehicle in the gated garage and walk or bike to dining, shopping, the grocery, entertainment and the beach. The unit was located directly across the street from Coligny Plaza. This made eating out and grocery shopping very convenient. The unit is located on the street side so there is quite a bit of street noise from the plaza as early as 7 am, not exactly waking to seagulls. The unit is tastefully furnished & very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool is well maintained. The grounds of the condo complex appear to be undergoing a major renovation with giant piles of rubble in the main courtyard and stagnant water in the decorative ponds. The complex is very close to the beach and to shopping/entertainment. Overall it served our needs quite well.

Our stay at North Shore Place could not have been better. It is located next to Coligny Square and right across the street from the ocean. Our teenage son and his friend were with us, and they could easily walk everywhere, so the location was perfect. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable with a wonderful large balcony. Check in was a breeze.

Perfect vacation spot!!! Walked or rode bikes everywhere-very convenient walk to beach, shops, and restaraunts.
