The dining room offers seating for 8 and has a gorgeous brick fireplace along with slidding doors leading to a patio with seating. The kitchen has a table for 6 and is well equipped, there is also a laundry area located in the home. There are 2 master suites, one is located off the living area and has queen bedding and a private bath with a seperate shower and jacuzzi tub. The second master bedroom is located at the back of the home and has a king bed, beach decor and a private bath with a large vanity and double sinks. The additional 2 bedrooms share a bath located in the hallway and both bedrooms offer 2 twin beds with nice linens, all the bedrooms have flat screen tvs.
The home is located a short 10 - 12 minute walk from the beach, a short bike ride on the bike paths to Harbourtown, the Beach Club, the horseback stables, nature preserve, shopping, dining, spa, golf courses, lagoons, parks and 2 marinas that offer water activities. Come and enjoy all that wonderful Sea Pines has to offer, during peak season there is a trolley that operates in the plantation that transports guest to all the attractions and weekly summer rentals have access to a community pool in Sea Pines Platation.
During the summer months a pass to the community pool is included for guests.
