Charming 3 Bedroom Beach Cottage in South Forest Beach Hilton Head Island

This beach cottage has been updated and is just charming; the floor plan is nice and open. The décor is bright and cherry with plenty of color, a fantastic place to spend your vacation for a week or longer. There are two separate sitting areas both are equipped with large flat screen Tvs and plenty of beautiful beach furnishings. In the dining area there is seating for 6 and is open to the kitchen a family room area.  There is an updated kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, updated appliance, maple cabinets and plenty of accessories for the chef in the party. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, the bedding consist of 2 Kings, 1 double, 1 twin and a trundle bed all bedding and linens were purchased in  July of 2011.  Outdoors there is a spacious private pool, lounge chairs, and a tiki hut, along with a dining area equipped with a new propane grill making this the perfect place to have lunch and evening dinners.

The home is so close to the beach and is within walking distance to Coligny Plaza which offers loads of shopping, entertainment, the grocery and dining.
