Welcome to 280 Evian in beautiful Shipyard Plantation!  The condo is bright & cherry with a freshly painted interior.  The condo is located on on the golf course & has a wonderful view of the lagoon.  The condo has 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths, the Master Suite has a large private bath, king bed & french doors that lead out to the patio.  The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds & a private bath.  The living room has a fireplace,new furnishings, wet bar & french doors leading to the  patio overlooking the lagoon.   On the back patio there is seating for 4 & a small grill great place for your morning coffee. The dining area seats 6 & is open to the living room & looks into the kitchen that also has a breakfast bar with seating for 2.  The laundry room is equipped with full size washer & dryer for your beach towels.  Outside located across the parking lot are plenty of tennis courts, large community pool & a very large lagoon truly a y beautiful picture.  The condo is perfect for golfers, & small families bring the group & be prepared to relax & enjoy the island.  There are plenty of bike paths for every one, beach is only about a 10 minute walk or drive to the public parking area by Crown Plaza & unload for the day.
